LOOKING BACK OVER 2025, AND LOOKING FORWARD TO 2026…
Welcome to the Twelfth Night website, where after an extended Autumn break – we are back with news of yet more exciting releases, starting this December with the new 3CD jewel case version of the Definitive Edition of Fact And Fiction. More details here.
Having drawn breath after what can only be described as a hectic couple of years, and before we look forward to the next year and beyond, here are some of the highlights of 2024 & 2025.
One of the most important releases of the year was Clive’s Live Fact And Let Fiction Live album. It’s a double CD featuring the all the classic progressive rock tracks on the two albums of the title, along with extra live tracks, re-imagined by Clive in his home studio using some AI technology.
We continued with the series of Geoff Mann re-releases with In One Era, a compilation of Geoff’s 2nd & 3rd solo albums I May Sing Grace and Psalm Enchanted Evening. There are now no less than SEVEN albums in the series – all double CDs.
Earlier in the year we gave our Definitive Edition of Smiling At Grief a refresh. The Revisited version had been released a few years before, with the remixed tracks receiving several 5* reviews, mostly notably in PROG magazine. Although the limited edition LP of 500 white copies sold out, we pressed up some more on heavyweight RED vinyl, which make ideal Christmas presents. It is also available on CD – see picture.

A couple of years earlier we were also able to complete our series of reissues of the ‘Archive Releases’ by issuing Midsummer’s Night Dream and Night Vision. Both these albums along with Entropy, Flashbacks, and Corner Of The World are still available. More details here.
With the 2025 release of Smiling At Grief and 2024’s refresh of Art & Illusion, all of our Definitive Edition albums (originally released through Festival / F2 Music between 2009 and 2013) have now been re-issued on our own label. Live At The Target, Live And Let Live and Fact and Fiction are the others.
Looking forward to 2026… Clive is working on a new album setting to music selected poems from Stored in Clocks and Mortal Shadows, by Geoff Mann, narrated by Pete Lawrence, Geoff’s best mate and fellow Reading University art student. Clive says that when recording him, Pete brought the colour, humour, absurdity, anger and love out perfectly. Entitled Mann & Mitten: Words & Music we hope it will be available early in the new year. Both volumes of Clive’s Tales From A Misspent Youth are still available (Vol 1 pictured), as is Suite Cryptique.
There are also, as always, several other projects in various stages of preparation. One of these is Second Chants the one remaining Geoff Mann album yet to be re-released.
