Twelfth Night at Celebr8.3

Preparations are well underway our forthcoming performance at this year’s Celebr8.3 Prog festival, which is being held at The Islington Assembly Hall in Central London, over the weekend of Saturday May 31st and June 1st 2014.

More details at http://www.celebr8live.com

We have accepted an invitation to open this year’s festival, so will be onstage at 2pm on the Saturday. However as we are playing a full 80-minute set, there is a good chance most of your favourites will be included.

A word from the promoters:

“An innovation this year is that the festival will be opened by a major act to start the event with a bang! We are pleased therefore to announce that the event will kick off on Saturday 31st May with a unique one-off performance by legendary neo-proggers Twelfth Night, who we have persuaded out of their (semi)-retirement to appear at 2014’s festival. They will be performing tracks from their Fact & Fiction album, which recently featured as one of the ‘Albums That Saved Prog’ in Prog Magazine…”

Saturday also features Thumpermonkey, Karmakanic, Anathema (doing an acoustic set) with the evening being closed by The Tangent. Sunday kicks off with Galahad, followed by Sanguine Hum, Cosmograf, The Fierce and The Dead, and rounded off by Frost*.

In addition there are acoustic performances at The Vineyard (opposite the venue) 6.30-7pm. Sat: John Mitchell and Kim Seviour (Touchstone) Sun: Andy Tillison, Matt Stevens & guests.

Weekend tickets at £75 and day tickets at £45 (plus processing and postage) are available from www.themerchdesk.com .
